Job Description
As a Social Care Support Worker, you will:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Support clients in maintaining their independence and well-being.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
Implement and follow individualized care plans.
Assist with medication management and health monitoring.
Engage clients in social activities and community involvement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

Experience in social care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
A caring and compassionate attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliability and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is desirable.
