Odyssey Social Care are seeking energetic Social Care Workers to join our New Residential Care Team based in Bagnelstown, Co. Carlow. In your role you will act as the support and care worker to young people in the house, working towards achieving better outcomes for young people every day.
Job Type: Full Time - 48 hours per week

What you bring:
A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant and or related Qualification *Relevant alternative qualifications include:

Social Work
Psychology (Level 8)
Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy
Counselling / Psychotherapy
Addiction Counselling
Youth & Community
Social Science
Family Support
Teaching (Not TEFL)
Nursing Studies
Disability Studies
Applied Behavioural Analysis
Applied Policing
Higher Certificate in Custodial Care (Irish Prison) or Equivalent
A full manual Irish driving licence
An ability to work with young people
A passion and commitment to make a difference in young person’s life
A commitment to continuous improvement
A willingness to be a positive role model as part of a care team
