Job Description:
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with a variety of needs, including those with physical disabilities, mental health challenges, and learning difficulties. Job Description:

- Person-Centered Care: Provide direct support and care to clients, ensuring their needs are met respectfully and compassionately.
- Support Plans: Assist in the development, implementation, and review of individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Daily Living: Support clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily logs, incident reports, and care plan updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other care professionals, family members, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Level 7 or 8 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent)
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- At least 6 months of experience in Social Care
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

- Nights as needed
