Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Skilled Laborer with a strong background in working with concrete, lane pavement, and drainage ducting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in similar roles and a valid Safe Pass. This position involves working on various projects across Monaghan, Cavan, Louth, and Meath areas. Please note, this position cannot consider overseas applications. Key Responsibilities:
Concrete Work: Perform tasks involving the placement, leveling, and finishing of concrete.
Lane Pavement: Assist in the preparation and construction of lane pavements to meet project specifications.
Drainage Ducting: Install drainage systems, ensuring proper alignment and function, with preference given to those with prior ducting experience.
Site Preparation: Prepare and maintain work sites, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure project goals are met on time and to a high standard.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure PPE gear is used correctly at all times.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience working with concrete, lane pavement, and drainage ducting.
Certification: Must hold a valid Safe Pass.
Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work across Monaghan, Cavan, Louth, and Meath areas.
PPE: PPE gear will be supplied by the company.
