We require a full time Senior Property Manager to join the team in the Property Management department.
The Successful Candidate should Have experience of
· 2-3 years’ (or more) experience in Property Management
· Experience in all aspects of Letman (an advantage)

• Experience with managing a team and ensuring that all staff are delivering on their responsibilities.
• Knowledge of the RTB and residential tenancy legislation
• Experience of a wide range of portfolios including Commercial & Residential
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Experience of property inspections (an advantage)
• Updating weekly / monthly reports
• Providing support to other property managers

You must be articulate and professional, and have very strong communication skills. You must be comfortable working in a reactive and fast-paced environment and be a team player who is positive, proactive, confident, helpful and polite.
Previous experience in property management is essential
You must have a full clean drivers licensee and your own transport
The position is based primarily in Clondalkin however you may be required to operate between any of our Dublin offices.
PSRA licence an advantage however not essential
