Senior Pensions Administrator

Outsourcing is a global line of business at WTW whose revenue is primarily driven from providing outsourced pension administration services to occupational pension funds. We have worked with some of the world’s leading organizations for over 25 years to provide benefit administration and outsourcing to over five million participants across the globe.
The Role
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for providing a reliable and high standard of administration support on a portfolio of clients.
  • Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members' needs
  • Maintenance of accurate and up to date scheme records
  • Preparation of individual calculations and benefit statements
  • Processing individual member queries
  • Be a point of reference for standard automated cases
  • Deal with queries and requests by the use of standard letters
  • Identify areas where the service to clients/members could be improved
  • Build a relationship with the team members and clients
  • Monitor own and team workflow to ensure service levels are achieved
  • Assist in more complex / project work

The Requirements
  • Experience of administrating occupational pension schemes, DC would be more advantageous
  • Experience of coaching and supporting less experienced associates.
  • QFA Qualified
  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication.
  • Microsoft office skills (Excel, word, power point)
