Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Engineer to oversee the maintenance, design, and operational aspects of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is critical to ensuring our facilities operate efficiently and effectively, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service and products to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee & maintain facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair tasks.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices to reduce operational costs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to facility systems promptly.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs and projects.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to facility operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software OR other relevant engineering tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
