Position: Retail Development and Sales Representative
Location: Primarily Connacht, with occasional travel to Donegal, Clare, Longford, and Offaly. Warehouse is based in Claremorris.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Retail Business Development and Sales Representative to join a leading Vaping Brand 10 years in operation. This role involves visiting retail stores ( Supervalu, Centra, Spar, ect) to fulfill orders, top up product displays, and build lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. You'll be working with an established call base, accounting for 60-70% of your week, while the rest of your time will be spent identifying new business opportunities through your network in the retail sector.
As our Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of the business, actively driving sales across independent and multiple retail outlets, ensuring our products receive optimal shelf space and visibility.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with retail outlets within your territory.
• Drive sales and maximize opportunities across retail chains and independent stores.
• Understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions and product recommendations.
• Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities to ensure best possible product placement.
• Explore new business leads and expand the customer base through existing industry contacts.
• Send monthly account statements and ensure timely delivery of stock to stores where personal visits are not possible.
• Daily Postal of some orders
• Monthly trip to service customers in Donegal, Clare, Longford, and Offaly.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar sales role or a strong aptitude for sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Efficient and accurate in handling administrative tasks.
• Ideally located in the West of Ireland.
• Full, clean driving license.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the industry.

Pay: €28,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
