Description
- Understand the Reseller partners’ supply chain model & market dynamics - Prompt resolution of delivery & logistical issues encountered by partners or cross-functional teams - Hold regular reviews with partners, Sales and Reseller Operations account managers (CSAMs) - Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders - Represent the voice of the customer in cross functional interactions especially with Logistics and logistic carriers - Utilise reporting to identify trends and address pro-actively - Drive increased Reseller and logistic carrier self-service - Work on own initiative, to capture and disseminate information needed to make decisions and drive the business - Ensure adherence of key Resellers' contractual requirements
