Restaurant Supervisor
The Farnham Estate 4* Spa and Golf Resort is a 158-bedroom luxury hotel and golf resort based in Cavan. It has significant occupancy throughout the year, a reputation for excellent guest service and is an exceptional relaxing, comfortable destination venue.
The Role:
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for providing the highest quality dining experience for guests of the Farnham Estate in terms of restaurant service, quality and standards. The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager with maximizing guest satisfaction by ensuring guest bookings are confirmed, gives work direction to wait staff and takes opportunities to upsell in Maxwell's Grill Room Restaurant, the Cedars Rooms Restaurant and Afternoon Tea. This is a management role that requires people management skills, experience of driving food service, guest satisfaction and motivation of waiting staff in order to achieve the goals of the restaurant.
The Ideal Candidate will:
Be experienced in supervising a team
Have experience of working to high food safety standards
Be experienced in coaching wait staff to excellent service and guest satisfaction levels.

Desirable:
Good people management skills
Food and wine specialist knowledge
Working knowledge of timekeeping systems
Experience of using restaurant software
Have a qualification in hospitality or food
