Key responsibilities of Reflexologists will include:

• Ensuring that you provide each guest with the highest levels of care and attention in accordance with 5-star expectations and Dāha Wellness standards
• Carrying out reflexology treatments to the highest standards and in accordance with Dāha protocols
• Fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for guests
• Ensuring accurate, knowledgeable, and thorough advice is provided to all guests
• Dealing with all aspects of customer contact, i.e. meet and greet, spa etiquette in a professional and courteous manner, always ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitoring all areas of the wellness facility ensuring that it is safe, well maintained, and immaculately clean at all times
• Working collaboratively with other wellness professionals to create an integrated wellness experience for members

Skills/Experience Required

• 1 year minimum experience in a busy spa or holistic centre is preferred
• Must hold a recognised ITEC Level 3 or equivalent qualification or higher
• Preference will be given for additional qualifications in maternity, fertility and/or facial reflexology
• Those selected to interview will be skills tested as part of the selection process
