Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Product Manager Pricing and Packaging, you are focused on creating and implementing pricing strategies, developing innovative product packaging, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product and F&A to structure our offerings, and examining market trends to optimize for winning new clients, revenue growth and profitability. As an individual contributor, the ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional setting, working closely with various teams having a strong background in data analysis, financial modeling, product development, and commercial strategy, with an ability to manage differing viewpoints while maintaining a customer-centric approach and operating independently.
Lead the continuous development of our Pricing & Packaging strategy, working closely with the Growth Product Manager and Product Leadership.

- Analyze sales, customer behavior, product usage, and financial data to generate actionable insights and contribute to a unified data foundation.
- Address the impact pricing and packaging changes have on license management tools and operationalise the impact of changes with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain financial models to support growth plans, guide pricing and packaging decisions in specific client situations.
- Present strategy and concept recommendations to leadership, including the executive team, to secure alignment and approval
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of proven experience in pricing strategy development, packaging design, product execution, and market analysis, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic business environments.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex data and market trends into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- High attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address pricing and packaging challenges
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with product-led growth strategies and motions.
- APM Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Application Performance Management (APM) industry, including key trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to effectively position the product for success.
