Purpose of role:
Expert delivery of Personal Training and Semi-Private Personal Training to lead, encourage and motivate clients through sessions. Demonstrate movement quality, ensure safety and accountability for each client. Expand client count through lead acquisition and nurture. Retain clients through the continued delivery of extremely high level service. Plan, execute and communicate client sessions.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism to both clients, colleagues, and internal & external business partners.
• Arrive to the gym prepared with a thorough understanding of the workout for the day.
• Ensure the facility is set up, maintained, and cleaned prior to every session.
• Be ready for sessions early to prepare with the training partner for the delivery of sessions.
• Deliver individual introductions, verbal cues, and demonstrate each exercise with confidence, providing modifications/regressions or progressions as needed.
• Ensure members are receiving high level attention and performing exercises safely, using the correct form at all times while keeping them motivated and encouraged.
• Create and manage a clean, organised, and energetic fun gym.
• Maintain the condition of gym equipment.
• Engage the local community to drive awareness, including launches and marketing projects.
• Be able, when required, to conduct performance and goal check-ins for members at 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Assist with sales and retention requirements as needed.
• Contribute to social media content.
• Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
• Support in facility operations as needed.
• Attend organised events (social, community, fitness).
• Actively aid in the recruitment and retention of members.
• Comfortable giving sweaty high fives!

Requirements

• Fitness certification through a nationally recognised organisation (EQF 4 and above).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fitness industry
• CPR/AED First Aid Certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
