Baker Media is seeking a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant to support the two directors in a varied and exciting role. This position is perfect for someone with a broad skill set who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Baker Media is a design and software agency with a wide range of clients, and Baker Photography caters to both private and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships and communication with key clients.
Manage diaries, emails, and phone calls for the directors.
Prepare reports, briefs, and other business documents.
Manage and process photography orders.
Handle confidential correspondence and projects discreetly.
Assist with social media management and marketing campaigns (training provided).
Perform basic account administration.
Support in running various projects and managing orders.
Perform ad hoc duties as needed.

Experience & Requirements:

Strong computer skills are essential.
Previous experience in office administration or as a PA.
Digital marketing experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail.
Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity, organisation, and initiative.
Knowledge of Word Press, Video Editing, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva is an advantage.
Skills in PHP, HTML, and CSS would be beneficial but not essential.
