The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager and working with Court and Law Clerks covering various administrative tasks to include post distribution, scanning, deliveries, archiving, bank lodgements and swearings.


The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:

• Good organisational and document management skills
• The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
• Reliable, with a consistent and efficient approach to daily tasks
• Ability to prioritise and achieve results to meet deadlines
• Flexibility in accepting additional requests such as Meeting Room set ups, moving equipment etc.
• Good communication skills and a helpful manner to enable effective and positive engagement
• Motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• A desire to upskill
• Adequate/good PC skills
• Positive attitude to H&S Company Protocols
• Ability to be discreet and professional when engaging with staff
Experience in a law office an advantage but not essential
