Mechanical Engineer
My Client is a specialist mechanical contractor servicing various sectors within the construction industry across Ireland, UK and Europe. In particular they are increasing their footprint in Europe servicing the Data Centre and Pharma Construction sector providing prefabricated modular solutions.
They are currently recruiting for a Project Mechanical engineer with 3-5yrs experience to be based out of their facility in Louth. You will be heavily involved in pre construction activity reviewing engineering and technical drawings, prior to the approval process and release into fabrication and assembly. This is a wide and varied role with experience across several stages of construction and fabrication. Ideal candidates will have a degree in mechanical or building services engineering wishing to get into a technical and varied role.

- Liaise with external suppliers and sub contractors to bring initial design concepts into production ready drawings, and approving technical drawings for manufacturing.
- Liaise with client engineering team on design issues
- Provide engineering and technical support to the pre construction, estimating and commercial team as well as to the fabrication and assembly lines
- Working in collaboration with the logistics team communication clearly production and site delivery schedules
- Constant and clear communication with site teams when going to site.
