Marketing Manager (Hybrid/Remote)

Prosolar, a solar panel installer based in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, is seeking a part-time Marketing Manager (20 hours per week).
Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on SEO management, Google Ad Words, social media strategy, content creation and print advertising. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and be able to craft strategies that align with our company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across various digital platforms.
  • SEO Management:
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and landing pages for search engines.
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Google Ad Words & Paid Campaigns:
  • Develop and manage Google Ad Words campaigns, including search, display, and retargeting strategies.
  • Optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on cost-per-click (CPC) and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and adjust ad budgets based on performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, etc.).
  • Design and implement engaging social media campaigns to promote the brand, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to increase engagement and audience growth.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create case studies, customer testimonials, and other materials that highlight the value of our solar solutions.
  • Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and reflects the company’s tone, messaging, and brand identity.
  • Campaign Analytics & Reporting:
  • Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Regularly report on KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, SEO rankings, and social media engagement.
  • Use data to iterate and improve upon campaign strategies, ensuring consistent performance improvement.
  • Collaborative Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized marketing services (e.g., video production, graphic design).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector.
  • Proven experience managing SEO, Google Ad Words, and paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong content creation skills with an ability to adapt messaging for different platforms.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy market in Ireland is a plus.

Pay: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
