RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for planning, producing, and supervising the execution of communications and marketing plan activities such as promotions, collateral materials, and media.
Management and coordinating events, conferences, seminars, and meetings, planning the bookings, communications to ensure the program is executed on time, and participating in budget management and development.
Design and layout of marketing material for use in web, design and print media.
Management of the groups Social Media Platforms (Linked In, X, Instagram, Facebook), responsible for developing and proofreading content.
Responsible for collecting, editing, and proof-reading content and changes uploaded to H&MV website.
Responsible for the management of the H&MV Monthly Newsletter - collecting, editing, and proof-reading content and changes.
Working with the Business Development team to develop presentations, brochures, posters, exhibition materials, and other print requirements.
Working with Photographers/Videographers on shooting new content to industry standard for use in web, design and print.
Collaborate with Business Development, Senior Leadership and stakeholders to develop strategic Marketing campaigns and new brand material.
Organise and maintain graphic/document templates and resource libraries.
Act as Brand Ambassador – ensuring brand guidelines are explained and followed by all H&MV Engineering employees.
Continuous improvement / induction of any new innovations to increase Brand Awareness.
Ad hoc administration duties for Marketing function
Ensure compliance to legal requirements including Data Protection, licencing, Trademarks/logos and any other related legal requirements and activities.
Liaise with external stakeholders, e.g., Printing Companies, Graphic Designers, Event Organisers

REQUIREMENTS:

Business / Marketing Qualified Degree/Masters, past work experience in marketing or similar would be an advantage.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skill.
Expert Microsoft Office 365 skills including Power Point & Excel.
Advantage to have experience working with Graphic Design software’s, Adobe Creative Cloud including In Design, Premier Pro, Publisher & Illustrator.
Experience working with Website Development Programmes word press & divi builder.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Resilient with a high level of attention to detail.
Proof reading - Analysing information to check for errors, grammar mistakes or inaccuracies.
Self-motivated / Able to work on their own initiative.
Enthusiastic, flexible approach with a willingness to learn.
