Supermac’s has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team based in Galway supporting the Supermac’s, Papa John’s Pizza, Super Subs and Plaza Group brands. This is a 5 day office based role.
Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the team in the smooth running of a face paced marketing department.
"The position is based in Galway, so candidates should ideally be already residing in the area. Please note that we do not provide accommodation support."

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting Brand Managers with the planning, pricing and execution of marketing campaigns.
Act as key point of contact between marketing team and print suppliers for the purpose of managing quotes, PO creation, invoicing and distribution of printed materials to outlets.
Oversee the management of a busy design & artwork tracker.
Manage day to day administration requirements of the marketing office including generation of reports, file management, Purchase Orders and invoicing.
Assist at Marketing events including official openings, family fundays, marketing days etc.

Key Skills and Attributes for the role:

Organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks
Team player

Qualifications/Experience:

1 years' experience in a similar administrator, events coordinator or marketing assistant role
Excellent IT skills – Proficient in Excel, Word & Power Point
An understanding of brand design and Artwork management would be beneficial
