Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care and education.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of dedicated childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the efficient operation of the centre.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community to promote the centre and its services.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall performance and reputation of Saimer Childcare. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children and staff within the centre.

Qualifications and Experience:

Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully managing a business.
Knowledge of the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) and Pobal, ensuring compliance with national standards and effective use of funding.
Proficiency with Sage Accounting Software to manage financial aspects efficiently preferable but willing to provide training.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
