Macfar property management is a family run business that has a large property portfolio .
We are looking to gain a new member to our maintenance team to help with general maintenance , repair works and cleaning.
EXAMPLES OF TASKS AND OCCASIONAL WORKS
OUTDOORS-MAINTANCE, LANDSCAPING
REPAIRS-FIXING LOCKS ,DOOR CLOSERS, FILLING GAPS , SANDING AND PAINTING
CLEANING - REMOVING FURNATURE/LITERPICLKING/ CLEARING OUT OF BIN AREAS /SCEDULED CLEANING TASKS
The caretaker will be responsible in ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard .
To complete daily/weekly checks on developments using our Snapfix system and report any issues to the Operations manager/ Property manager.
Company van and mobile phone will be provided.
A ideal candidate should :

• Be a problem solver
• Be friendly , organised and focused.
• They must hold a FULL CLEAN DRIVERS LICENCE.
• Hold a safe pass and manual cert handling or be willing to attend training .
• Good standard of English.
• Be able to communicate with both work colleagues and contractors working in our developments .
• Good customer service skills
• Have the ability to work individually ,showing good initiative .
• To be conscious of expenditure to avoid any unnecessary waste.
• Have your own tools would be beneficial.
• To comply with with all health and safety regulations and to wear all PPE that would be provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
