Our group have immediate, multiple vacancies for experienced trades people and maintenance operatives to carry out ongoing works and tasks which include the following:
Light carpentry and be competent with a drill
Assembly and disassembly of furniture
General cleaning including windows and filling skips
Upkeep of grounds and power washing when required
Assisting with electrics and plumbing
Painting
Patching & plastering
Dealing with all ad hoc tasks that arise on a daily basis for a property management business.
The ideal candidates will have a positive can do attitude who can work effectively on their own initiative while also be able to field instruction from management and carry out tasks to a good standard.
We can consider this to be a very good opportunity for suitably experienced, skilled trades people and there are various other ad hoc but significant benefits that can be negotiated for the right person.
