Overview Dillon Engineering Services has partnered with a leading Engineering Consultancy, the successful candidate can be based out of the Dublin or Cork office. Due to continued growth and several major projects in the pipeline they are looking to hire a Lead Architect.
Our client projects encompass preliminary assessments, strategic planning analyses, and comprehensive design solutions, encompassing initial planning, conceptualization, detailed development, and construction oversight for both traditional procurement and integrated project delivery approaches.
We seek a proactive individual, adept at navigating the complexities of large-scale pharmaceutical or technical endeavors.
Responsibilities
Over a decade of experience, showcasing leadership in prominent pharmaceutical or technical initiatives
Autonomous leadership in plant design, coordinating with diverse design teams both remotely and on-site
Proficiency in integrated design systems for multidisciplinary architectural work in 2D/3D formats
Diligent quality assurance for architectural deliverables, including comprehensive review processes.
Engagement in design evaluations, risk assessments, and vendor selection procedures
Contribution to proposal development, estimating efforts, and project planning activities
Estimation of designer work hours within the architectural domain
Effective communication within fast-paced team environments, adept at managing multiple deadlines.
Proven expertise across project stages, from conceptualization to construction phases
Advanced proficiency in Auto CAD and Revit
Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks, including building codes and safety standards
Requirements:
