The HR Manager will play an integral role in ensuring that the HR function within DVP is kept to highest possible standard.

• All aspects of HR admin & compliance around employee paperwork.
• Work closely with senior management regarding all aspects of individual employee performance and training.
• Take ownership of the recruitment & induction requirements.
• Revise all HR policies & procedures and keep them in accordance with the current legislation.
• Work closely with group HR for updates, employee surveys etc
• Assist with performance reviews (3 and 6 months).
• Get to know & understand all shifts and lead personnel within this 24-hour operation, to ensure a high level of morale is obtained.
• Lead disciplinary process in a fair and consistent manner.
• Work closely with our Health and Safety Officer to ensure he is supported at ground level with the assistance of our GM.
• Work closely with our Food Safety Manager to ensure he/she is supported at ground level with the assistance of our GM.
• Work closely with the MD and GM to devise and deliver continuous bi-weekly 45-minute training programmes for the various departments.
• Ideally qualified in manual handling instruction / sign off
• Any other ad hoc duties as deemed necessary by senior management to fulfil the role.

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar management role.
• Must have a good working knowledge of current and impending employment legislation, ideally CIPD qualified as a minimum
• Must have experience in implementing HR policies and practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €37,203.93-€55,000.00 per year
