Hotel Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Hotel Receptionist to join our client's luxury hotel in the Virginia area of Co. Cavan. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the hotel, ensuring all guests and visitors receive a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: €14.00-€15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and staff in a positive and helpful manner.
- Answer phone calls and email enquiries promptly.
- Coordinate wedding viewings, meetings, and room reservations with brides and grooms.
- Manage reservations, including confirming bookings with guests.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure all payments are processed and completed daily.
- Book rooms for weddings and events.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Experience using Triple Seat, Guestline/Rezlynx, or similar CRS is desirable.
- Proficiency in IT.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
Pay: €14.00-€15.00 per hour
