Group Head of Transformation

You will lead the strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, driving change, operational efficiency, innovation, and digitalization to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term vision and goals. This executive role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of executing large-scale transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies.
The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of the company's transformation strategy
  • Identify opportunities for business process re-engineering, digitalization, and innovation
  • Develop a roadmap for transformation aligned with the company's strategic Lead cultural and behavioral transformation across the organization, ensuring that employees at all levels embrace and support change
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and frameworks that foster collaboration, innovation, and adaptability
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on transformation goals and manage resistance to change
  • Identify and drive opportunities to optimize efficiency, improve cost management, and streamline business processes across the group
  • Work closely with business units to implement and monitor operational improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives
  • Oversee the digital transformation of core business processes and platforms, ensuring that the company is positioned to leverage new technologies
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging the adoption of new tools, technologies, and ways of working
  • Lead and mentor a transformation team, providing strategic guidance, performance management, and development support
  • Work closely with C-suite executives and functional heads to ensure that transformation objectives are communicated and understood across the group
  • Act as a liaison between business units and senior leadership, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration on transformation efforts
  • Engage with external consultants, partners, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of transformation programs
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track the success of transformation initiatives and ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management and the board
  • Identify risks to transformation efforts and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
We would love to hear from you if you:
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable
  • Have 15+ years of experience in senior roles, preferably in transformation, strategy, or business process improvement
  • Have experience in managing transformation initiatives within management consulting, construction, engineering or architecture firms
  • Can demonstrate success in leading large-scale transformation programs and driving operational improvements
