The Chawke Group is seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a General Maintenance Handyman & Cellarman. As our General Maintenance Handyman & Cellarman, you will be responsible for all aspects related to deliveries, kegs, cold rooms, and outdoor areas. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
Deliveries: Coordinate and manage all incoming deliveries, ensuring the timely and safe receipt of supplies.
Keg Management: Oversee the handling and maintenance of kegs, including tapping, cleaning, and maintaining proper inventory.
Cold Rooms: Monitor and maintain the temperature and cleanliness of cold storage areas to ensure the quality and freshness of beverages.
Outdoor Areas: Maintain outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, well-kept, and welcoming for patrons.
General Handyman Duties: Perform general maintenance tasks, repairs, and improvements as needed throughout the establishment.
Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cellar management and keg systems.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness and order.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
