When Bella Baby opened its doors in Galway in 2008, we decided our mission was to provide mums and dads-to-be with easy access to the best brands, the right information and the best shopping experience possible. Since then we have grown from strength to strength and opened two more stores - Cork, Dundrum, and our first UK store in London. WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE JOB?

• Drive Sales Goals: Consistently pursue and meet the store's monthly sales targets by delivering exceptional, personalized service to our valued customers.
• Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Strive to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding sales service, ensuring each customer's needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Go the Extra Mile: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by going above and beyond to provide unparalleled service experiences for our customers.
• Cross-Sell Products: Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary products, enhancing the customer experience and maximizing sales potential.
• Handle Returns: Manage merchandise returns efficiently and courteously, maintaining customer satisfaction .
• Build Trusting Relationships: Foster productive and enduring relationships with customers built on trust and reliability, ensuring their loyalty to our brand.

• Working Hours: Our store operates between 9:30am and 6pm, seven days a week. Flexibility is required for this position to accommodate varying shifts and schedules.
