Working as part of our Travel retail team you get to work within one of the most dynamic retail environments, working within the beautiful stores of our retail partner Aer Rianta at Dublin Airport. Travel Retail is such an exciting retail opportunity, no two days are ever the same in airports, serving customers who are travelling all over the world.
The Role

• Ensuring a welcoming environment for the client in the store
• Sharing with the client his/her/their knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients
• Fully managing The Lab (boutique), compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and the stock, labelling and boxing the products
• Building a client database by gathering all client information
• Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests

In-Store Operational Duties

• Up-keep of the maintenance of The Boutique (retail floor as well as Lab area and stock room
• Monitoring, daily, weekly, monthly sales
• Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed

In order to work in any airport you must first obtain an ID Badge, which allows you to work in the airport.

• Applicants must have an in-date passport
• A checkable 5 years work/education history and have a satisfactory security clearance from the relevant airport authority
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
