We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operator to support growing operations and ensure the efficient management of warehouse in Longford.
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic components and medical devices.
As a Warehouse Operator you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of medical device components and plastic products. You will work on a 4-cycle shift that includes days, nights, and weekends,
Requirements:

Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
Experience driving Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift
Ability to work on own initiative.
Must have the ability to report system issues and/or fix them on a daily / night shift basis.
A good level of computer literacy is essential.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading incoming goods and finished goods.
Responsible for the implementation of all related procedures in his/her area from receipt of materials and packaging to the movement of finished goods to their designated areas.
Responsible for maintaining the real time monitoring system integrity by issuing agreed reports to his/her supervisor each shift.
Ensure the correct material is being used in each location/work centre for every shift and fix/report discrepancies where applicable.
Ensure correct segregation of all waste materials in accordance with Client procedures and policies and report breaches were evident.
Responsible for the seamless hand over of all related reports and information to his/her manager and to his/her colleagues working on opposite shifts

Working Hours :
The shifts are 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am. The shift cycle would be as follows:
Week 1 – In Monday and Tuesday, Off Wednesday, and Thursday and In Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Week 2- Off Monday and Tuesday, In Wednesday and Thursday and Off Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
