Company Overview:
An Irish owned family main contractor that has projects in the Cork and Munster regions. Due to continued business growth, they are currently looking to recruit a Foreman.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman for our client. The position is a full-time role working on a new build residential project in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring project completion on schedule and to required standards.
· Manage and direct site personnel and subcontractors on site.
· Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
· Ensure all work meets required specifications through regular quality checks.
· Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to optimise costs and efficiency.
· Liaise with Site/Project Managers and clients.
Qualifications and Experience:

5+ years’ experience in a similar role
Trade background with residential experience.
Good understanding of construction processes and technologies.
Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
