Position: Plumber Foreman for a Residential New Build Housing Scheme in Waterford.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plumber Foreman to join our dynamic team. This role will involve overseeing and managing all plumbing activities on one of our residential new build housing projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing with strong leadership skills and will have the full support of our back office and management team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of plumbing on residential a new build housing site.
Lead a team, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Coordinate with the project contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor progress and ensure that works are completed on time.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site plumbing issues as they arise.
Tie in with our office support team to maintain accurate records of work completed and certification documents.

Qualifications & Experience:

Fully qualified plumber with experience in a supervisory role.
Extensive experience in residential new build housing schemes.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems and industry regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license.
