Executive Personal Assistant
Working 4 mornings per week as an Executive Personal Assistant to Financial Advisor at Cooney Wealth Management based on the Main Street, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
Excellent administration skills are required. Duties include the following: liaising with Insurance Companies and clients by telephone and email, keeping accurate accounts of business expenses, typing, creating documents with particular attention to accuracy with figures and presentations. Also general office duties.
May suit person returning to work with excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point). Some experience of working in a Brokerage/Bank/Insurance company would be an advantage. Fluent English both written and spoken will be required. Typical Hours 9/9.30 am to 1/1.30 pm Tuesday to Friday

Pay: €18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
