Excavator Digger Driver
We are looking to hire Excavator Digger Driver in Kilkenny.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate excavators and other heavy machinery to carry out tasks such as digging, trenching, and site leveling for housing developments.
Perform excavation duties according to project plans and specifications while maintaining safety and precision.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with site safety protocols and project guidelines.
Assist with site preparation, including foundation digging, drainage, and other groundwork.
Perform routine maintenance checks on the equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues.
Collaborate with site managers and other construction professionals to ensure project milestones are met.
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid excavator operator tickets and Safe Pass certification.
Proven experience working on housing or residential development projects.
Proficiency in operating excavators and similar heavy equipment.
Strong understanding of construction site safety and adherence to protocols.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.55-€21.26 per hour
