At Enrich we provide innovative resource recovery solutions to drive the circular economy, produce compost and horticultural products and support our customers to improve soils using methods which protect this valuable natural resource and the environment. ( www.enrich.ie). We operate two EPA licenced composting sites.
We are currently recruiting for the following role: -
Environmental Compliance and Health & Safety Officer.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for

ensuring compliance with the provisions of both EPA Licences including all monitoring and reporting.
ensuring that the Company's Environmental Management System is implemented and is regularly reviewed and updated.
ensuring compliance with the Company's Health & Safety policies and proceedures on both sites.
ensuring the Company's Health & Safety Policies and Procedure's are up to date.
design and deliver regular toolbox talks and carry out employee and contractor site inductions.

As this role requires a lot of interaction with operating staff, the successful candidate will need to be able to communicate well with fellow staff members. They will need to be organised and methodical in their approach to work as accurate and precise record keeping is an essential part of the role. A Degree in Science or Environmental Science required.
Ideally the candidate will have circa two years experience in a similar role in a regulated industry .
However applications from recent graduates who may be interested in pursuing a career in Environmental Science will also be considered as will applications from candidates who may want to transition from an unrelated role as full training can be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
