Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Farmer Browns Rathmines
About Us:
Farmer Browns is a vibrant and dynamic Restaurant that prides itself on using locally produced ingredients in a fun and casual environment specialising in Irish, American and Mexican food. We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help elevate our online presence and drive customer engagement.
Job Summary:
The right person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to promote our restaurant, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and the restaurant's website and app.
- Create engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and attracts our target audience.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize reach and conversion.
- Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance metrics to inform marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the culinary and bar team to promote special events, new menu items, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Design and execute menus, outdoor and online signage and promotional signage.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and the restaurant industry to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
- Ensure online delivery Menus are up to date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
