Assistant Supervisor

Location: Tallaght (This role will not involve working from home)

Reporting to: Matt Geoghegan (Depot Supervisor)

Nature of Position: Full time Permanent

Notes: This role is Monday to Friday, however flexibility may be required to work evenings and weekends in line with depot opening hours.

Principal Objective of Position:

To support the depot supervisor in the day to day activities of the depot.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer service

• Offer extensive customer service and retain relationships with new and existing customers
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience for all yard-based sales
• Assist the supervisor in achieving our sales targets
• Adhering to the companies pricing policy
• Develop and support the supervisor a continual training plan for depot staff to ensure their full potential is reached.
