We are recruiting for a Customer Service Salese Specialistto join our team in Omeath, Co Louth. Required skills & experiences:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Articulate with a friendly telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player, supporting team objectives
- Focus on priorities with a positive can-do attitude with a desire to be part of the solution
- Self-motivated to work independently under pressure
- Minimum of two years previous experience in a similar customer service role
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Order processing experience desirable
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed on time and in accordance with process procedures
- Optimise sales, through up selling and promotional offers
- Achieve a target level of sales for customers
- Provide customers with a high level of customer care, availability of stock and delivery days/times
- Gather market intelligence from customers
- Assist, resolve and manage customer enquiries and issues
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
