Childcare Manager for busy childcare service catering for children aged 1 - 12 years old, including creche, pre-school and after-schools. Duties will include:

• Support, mentor and direct staff team
• Develop policies
• Oversee implementation of curriculum based on Aistear and Siolta principles
• Ensuring service is compliant with all regulatory requirements
• Manage budget
• Develop good relationships with families and community
• Administration related to childcare programmes, Pobal, NCS, etc

Preferred
Level 8 qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a childcare management role
Strong knowledge of childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and early childhood education best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €40,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
