Bar Manager
We are currently recruiting a talented and experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager for an immediate start.
The Bar Manager will manage and promote the bar, train the bar staff, and ensure that the patrons are receiving excellent drinks and service.
You will be responsible for the following:

You will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain stock
- Create drink menu
- Oversea planning for special events
- Select and purchases liquor and other supplies
- Appropriately delegate tasks to staff
- Oversee staff including bartenders, barbacks, waiting staff
- Select music, book bands and input on social media
- Knowledge of cost and control procedures
- Management experience
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- 2 years’ experience in a similar management roll
