We are now recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team here at the Brasserie on the Corner.
The Role

Lead from the front, showing the best example of service and quality.
A real passion and appreciation for quality food, wines and spirits and the ability to recommend and advise our customers.
Overseeing restaurant staff performance and ensuring a quality dining experience.
Coordinate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Boasting a professional and courteous attitude.
Excellent customer service skills always exceeding expectations.

The Candidate

An individual who is charismatic, approachable, and professional with a can-do attitude.
A minimum of 2-years experience in a restaurant management role.
Good team management experience.
A customer-oriented approach.
Good time-management skills.
