We are seeking a passionate, motivated and innovative person to work closely with our Leisure Manager as " Éalú " Assistant Leisure Manager at “ Éalú ” at Ashford Castle Estate.

Key Responsibilities of the Ealu Assistant Leisure Manager include working closely with the Leisure Manager to oversee the running of the facility, supporting the team in all aspects of their daily duties and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout.

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Leisure Manager position should:

• Have experience of supervising a facility with a high level of service, focused on exceptional Guest Service.
• Fully qualified and certified Gym Instructor- desirable but not essential
• Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard- desireable but not essential
• Certified in Occupational First Aid desirable but not essential.
• Have excellent communication skills. Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Possess good organisational skills.
• Be able to handle pressurised situations and busy periods.
• Be flexible, innovative and adaptable.
