Artisan Food Delivery & Client Relationship Professional
Attyflin Estate is looking to add a delivery and customer/client management person to it's growing team. This newly created role requires someone with experience doing in-person food and/or beverage deliveries, along with possessing excellent interpersonal skills. It is expected this person will be on the road delivering product up to 2 days per week and will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships. There will be a range of additional duties including stores/stock management, along with helping out on other requirements of the wider business. The ideal candidate must have experience in a customer/client facing role and possess a "can-do" attitude. There are lots of exciting growth areas happening within the business, so this person will be expected to be actively involved in these future offerings. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Track and record all goods in & out, along with inventory management of the stores
Unloading and loading of product produced and items delivered
Manage and maintain sufficient supplies of consumables for seasonal foods production
Maintain a clean and organised stores environment
Ensure all products are prepared, packaged and delivered efficiently
Manage existing customer relationships
Assist in other areas of the business as and when required.
The ideal candidate should have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Transferable customer service / client facing experience
Solid computer skills
Ideally experience operating a forklift
A full and clean EU driving licence
A keen interest in taking on a varied role
Solid organisational skills.
The compensation level will be candidate driven and based on suitability. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: €25,000.00-€40,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
