Join our team in Dublin as an AI Annotator for one of the world’s leading social media sites!
The ideal candidate will be client-oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to take charge of the development and improvement of AI - LLM (large language models).
THE COMPANY
Our end client is a leading technology firm renowned for its pioneering work in social networking, digital communication, and virtual reality. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join the team as AI Annotators for an exciting safety project.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As an AI Annotator, you will play a crucial role in improving the safety and security of our AI systems. Working alongside our team of experts, you'll contribute to the development and refinement of cutting-edge algorithms aimed at enhancing user experience. This role offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of AI and contribute to meaningful projects that impact the lives of millions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an AI Annotator, you'll play a key role in making our language model smarter and more helpful in digital interactions. Your tasks will include:
· Creating and reviewing pairs of questions and answers to improve our platform.
· Adding labels to data following specific rules.
· Checking the quality of our existing data and the performance of our machine learning tools.
· Ensuring our content is well-organized and easy to find by following guidelines.
· Conducting research to ensure accurate labelling.
· Providing feedback to improve our data annotation process.
· Exploring new ways to organize data and stay up to date with trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-have:
· Fluency in German on a native or near-native level with ability to understand and interpret different dialects, slang and jargon in the German language.
· Extensive knowledge about culture and trends in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
· Fluency in English, both spoken and written - minimum C1 level proficiency.
· Bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree or higher – doesn’t have to be related to tech! We aim to hire candidates with diverse backgrounds, including:
Architecture, Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, Creative Writing, Economics and Finance, Engineering, History, Journalism, Law, Literature and Linguistics, Marketing and Public Relations, Mathematics, Medicine, Nutrition, Philosophy and Anthropology, Physics, Psychology and Sociology, Religion, and many other.
Not necessary:
· Previous experience with AI – though it can be useful.
· Very technical background – We are looking for diversity and different approaches!
COMPENSATION
On top of the base salary:
· Performance-based bonus, shift allowance and travel allowance (T&C apply).

TECHNICAL DETAILS
· LOCATION: The office is located in Dublin South, offering a convenient and accessible workspace. Free parking is available.
· WORK SCHEDULE: You'll work Monday to Friday, with occasional shifts on Irish Bank Holidays to ensure coverage for your market.
· FIXED SHIFT PATTERN: Day shift (9:00 am – 5:30pm) or Evening shift (6:00 pm – 2:00 a.m). No rotations. The shift you choose will be your permanent shift.

ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must be eligible for full-time employment in Ireland (EU passport, Stamp 4, or renewable Stamp 1G for a minimum of 12 months, or Access to Labour Market). Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas at the moment. Ideally based in Dublin or ready to relocate within 4-6 weeks.
