Position Purpose: To oversee all aspects of accounts related to purchase orders and goods distribution while maintaining inventory stock. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, adhering to established guiding principles and standard operating procedures (SOP). Job Description: Create and process purchase order in system according sales forecast. Create, process, and manage return orders from customers in. Prepare order fulfillment report, sales report, and inventory reports. Plan and coordinate with logistic transport team. Monitor the flow of deliveries between the warehouse. Maintain transaction records. Provide support to the Inventory, and import team, and collaborate closely with the warehouse team. Requirements Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, and Skills) Education & Experience: Minimum bachelor graduate. At least 3 years of experience in a similar field. Knowledge and Skills: 1. Profound understanding of the logistics process. 2 Strong customer service skills. 3. Good interpersonal and communication 4. Strong coordination ability 5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
