- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or a similar role
- Professional certificate related to supply chain management or materials handling, such as APICS or ISM certifications
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to material safety, depth knowing FSSC/ HACCP/ GMP/ISO
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems)
- Ability to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and material handling
