Structural Engineer
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and interpret technical specifications to understand the specification requirements.
- Involve in identifying the Company scope of work in the project and submission of change order variation.
- Involve in solving technical issues that arise in the project.
- Involved in design and construction document preparation and submissions.
- Involved in technical reviews and clarifications with customer and suppliers.
- Involved in coordination of design with other engineering disciplines.
- Involved in design of outfitting and prepare material take-off.
- Advise and supervise fabrication team in terms of engineering and fabrication aspect.
- Some drafting scope and guide drafters for drafting.
- Possess experience and knowledge in engineering of steel structures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good team player. Can work with people of different nationalities harmoniously.
- Good communication skills in English both written & spoken.
- Must know how to operate and draw in Auto CAD.
- Willing to be based overseas in Batam.
