Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to optimize costs and delivery schedules.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for quality, delivery, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional depts such as NPI, operations, and finance to understand procurement needs and develop sourcing solutions
- Conduct supplier performance audit/reviews, address issues, and develop improvement plans when necessary.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation skill, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to assess suppliers, cost factors, and risk management.
- Preference familiar with SAP knowledge.

- D1-D4 (Required)
- in the same field: 5 years (Required)
- Batam (Preferred)
