Key Responsibilities: Showroom Management:
Monitor daily showroom operations, including product displays, stock management, and customer service.
Make sure the showroom looks attractive and is easy for customers to explore.
Lead and train showroom staff to provide excellent customer service.
Work with the warehouse team to keep products in stock.
Marketing Strategy:
Create and run marketing plans to bring more customers to the showroom and online store.
Manage social media, online ads, email marketing, and other promotions.
Work with the Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams to make sure our branding and product are consistent across all marketing.
Always analyze competitors and market trends to find new opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with customers and make sure they have a great experience, as well as provide good after sales service and follow ups.
Develop strategies to attract new customers and keep the existing ones coming back to us.
Collect feedback from customers to improve the showroom and marketing plans.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of proven experience in managing a showroom or retail marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Great communication and people skills.
Creative and pay attention to detail in managing the showroom and marketing materials, also have good sense of product quality and good taste of product design/style.
Ability to use data to make decisions and improve results.
