Senior Sales Administration Medan
- Responsible for creating accurate sales forecasts and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct analysis on sales data to provide insights and identify trends for management decisions.
- Handle and process all architect fee payments, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Calculate and manage costing related to projects, ensuring all costs align with company budgets.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth processing of reports, fees, and cost calculations.
- Maximum age is 32 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Having minimum 3 years experience, preferably in sales administration or sales support.
- Attention to detail, responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret sales figures.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel
- Willing to be located in Medan
